We understand that plans change. Below is our policy for returns and cancellations of ticket bookings and physical products purchased via our website https://floraandfauna.org.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Certain products such as plants, perishable goods, and customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. RETURN PROCESS
- Contact our customer service at customercare@floraandfauna.org via mail or call us to +91 8594000662 with your order details and reason for return.
- Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 8–10 business days of receipt and verification of the returned item. For COD orders, refunds will be initiated to your bank account after collecting bank details.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION
Product Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 18 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. SERVICE CANCELLATION
- Services cannot be canceled once booked. However, they can be rescheduled one time for up to 2 months from the original booking date.
5. REFUNDS FOR RETURNS
- Refunds will be initiated after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
- The refund process typically takes 8–10 business days from the date of approval.
6. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Certain items, as mentioned in the Return Policy, cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
